Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons single malt Scotch (or any smoky alcohol)
  • 3 roasted marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon caramel
  • 1.50 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chocolate ice cream, milk, Scotch, and three roasted marshmallows. Blend until smooth.
  2. Lightly coat the rim of your glass with caramel, then press the rim into the graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  3. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Garnish with a roasted marshmallow.
