Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 5 oz half and half
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, plus more for topping
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz bourbon
Instructions
- In a quart-sized mason jar, add the egg and blend with an immersion blender for one minute.
- Add the sugar and blend for another minute.
- Add the half and half, nutmeg, brandy, and bourbon and blend until combined.
- Chill thoroughly to allow flavors to meld.
