Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 oz half and half
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz bourbon

Instructions

  1. In a quart-sized mason jar, add the egg and blend with an immersion blender for one minute.
  2. Add the sugar and blend for another minute.
  3. Add the half and half, nutmeg, brandy, and bourbon and blend until combined.
  4. Chill thoroughly to allow flavors to meld.
