Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 oz. botanical gin (such as Uncle Val's Gin)
  • 3/4 oz. Grapefruit Shrub (recipe follows)
  • 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup (recipe follows)
  • Lemon zest, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Lillet Blanc, gin, Grapefruit Shrub, and Honey Syrup.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and cover tightly with the lid.
  3. Shake the mixture until well blended, for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture through a cocktail strainer over ice in a Collins glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest.
