Ingredients
- 2 oz sherry or sweet wine or ruby port
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- a few drops of whiskey or cognac
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste based on the sweetness of the wine)
Instructions
- Place sherry, egg, cocoa powder, crushed ice, whiskey or cognac, and powdered sugar in a blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
