Ingredients

  • 2 oz sherry or sweet wine or ruby port
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • a few drops of whiskey or cognac
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste based on the sweetness of the wine)

Instructions

  1. Place sherry, egg, cocoa powder, crushed ice, whiskey or cognac, and powdered sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
