Ingredients
- 2 shots of espresso, slightly cooled
- 2 teaspoons of hazelnut coffee syrup
- 1/3 cup (80ml) of oat milk
- 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a mason jar filled with ice, combine the espresso and hazelnut syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until foamy.
- Strain the mixture into a glass.
- In a separate container, stir together the oat milk and olive oil.
- Whisk or froth the oat milk and olive oil quickly to combine.
