Ingredients

  • 2 shots of espresso, slightly cooled
  • 2 teaspoons of hazelnut coffee syrup
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) of oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar filled with ice, combine the espresso and hazelnut syrup.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until foamy.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass.
  4. In a separate container, stir together the oat milk and olive oil.
  5. Whisk or froth the oat milk and olive oil quickly to combine.
  6. Pour the oat milk and olive oil mixture into the glass with the espresso.
  7. Top with ice and enjoy immediately.
