Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1-2 shots espresso
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a jar with a lid, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and boiling water. Close the lid and shake until the sugar is dissolved to create the brown sugar syrup.
- Add espresso to the jar with the syrup, then top with ice. Shake until chilled and frothy.
- Strain the brown sugar syrup and espresso into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- If desired, froth the milk and pour it into the glass.
