Ingredients

  • 2 oz Nankai Shochu
  • 4 oz Tomato or Clamato Juice
  • 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Lime Juice is also acceptable)
  • 1-2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 dashes Soy Sauce
  • 1-2 pinches Yuzu Pepper (Wasabi can be used as an alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper or wasabi.
  2. Add ice, Nankai Shochu, and tomato or Clamato juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients well, then strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with your choice of pickles, vegetables, or a lime wedge.
