Ingredients
- 2 oz Nankai Shochu
- 4 oz Tomato or Clamato Juice
- 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Lime Juice is also acceptable)
- 1-2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-2 dashes Hot Sauce
- 1-2 dashes Soy Sauce
- 1-2 pinches Yuzu Pepper (Wasabi can be used as an alternative)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper or wasabi.
- Add ice, Nankai Shochu, and tomato or Clamato juice to the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients well, then strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish the cocktail with your choice of pickles, vegetables, or a lime wedge.
