Ingredients
- 2 oz Nankai Shochu
- 4 oz Tomato or Clamato Juice
- 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Lime Juice can be used as a substitute)
- 1-2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-2 dashes Hot Sauce
- 1-2 dashes Soy Sauce
- 1-2 pinches Yuzu Pepper (Wasabi can be used as an alternative)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper.
- Add ice to the shaker, then pour in the Nankai Shochu and the tomato or Clamato juice.
- Shake the mixture well, then strain it into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish the cocktail with your favorite pickles, assorted vegetables, or a lime wedge.
