Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened Alphonso mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup plain or natural yogurt (no-sugar added)
  • 1/4 cup milk (full cream or light)
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 3 Tbsp white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
  • 1 Tbsp orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
  • sugar, to taste
  • ground cardamom, for garnish
  • saffron chilli threads, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and add sugar as needed. Adjust consistency with more milk if desired.
  3. Blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately over ice if desired.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom and saffron chilli threads.
