Ingredients

  • 2 oz pink grapefruit-infused vodka
  • 3 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 pink grapefruit slice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare grapefruit-infused vodka by placing grapefruit slices in a sterilized glass jar and covering them with vodka. Let sit for 3 days, then strain.
  2. In a highball glass, muddle seven of the quartered grapefruit slices with mint and honey.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add the infused vodka, grapefruit juice, and Campari.
  5. Stir well and garnish with a quarter slice of grapefruit and additional mint leaves.
