Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup chilled lemonade
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed coarsely chopped fresh mint
  • 3.50 oz frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1.30 oz white sambuca

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, chilled lemonade, and chopped mint in a bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to develop flavors.
  3. Mash the raspberries in a small bowl until almost smooth.
  4. Pour the white sambuca into a serving glass.
  5. Strain the pineapple juice mixture and pour it over the sambuca.
  6. Gently spoon the mashed raspberries over the pineapple mixture so it floats on the surface.
  7. Serve immediately.
