Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz caramel vodka
  • 3 oz ginger beer (chilled)
  • 1 oz sparkling water or club soda (chilled)
  • Salted caramel sauce (for garnish)
  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
  • Brown sugar (for the rim)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucer, spread a shallow layer of caramel sauce, and in another saucer, sprinkle a layer of brown sugar.
