  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 2.50 oz cold pressed coffee
  • 0.50 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Sparkling Water (chilled)
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the dark rum, cold-pressed coffee, and orgeat syrup.
  2. Shake until the mixture is very cold.
  3. Divide the mixture (with ice) into a glass.
