Ingredients

  • 2-4 ounces Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 2 ounces Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and rosemary sprig. Muddle until the rosemary becomes fragrant.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice to the liquid line, then shake for 15 shakes.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice and top off with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
