Ingredients

  • 1 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 maraschino cherry or 1 fresh raspberry
  • about 3 oz. sparkling wine, chilled
  • red sanding sugar sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place red sanding sugar sprinkles in a shallow bowl or plate.
  2. Moisten the rim of a champagne flute with water and dip in the red sugar sprinkles to coat. Set aside.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice. Add vanilla vodka, Triple Sec, cranberry juice, and maraschino cherry juice; shake for about 10 seconds until chilled and well mixed.
  4. Strain into the prepared champagne flute.
  5. Add the maraschino cherry or raspberry as the "Rudolph's nose."
  6. Top off with chilled sparkling wine and stir gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.
