Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 ounces Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 2 ounces Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and a rosemary sprig. Muddle until the rosemary releases its fragrance.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice up to the liquid line.
  3. Shake the mixture for 15 shakes.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off the drink with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  6. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds on top.
