- 2 - 4 ounces Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- 2 ounces White Rum
- 2 ounces Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and a rosemary sprig. Muddle until the rosemary releases its fragrance.
- Fill the shaker with ice up to the liquid line.
- Shake the mixture for 15 shakes.
- Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off the drink with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
