Ingredients
- 2 oz rosemary-infused pisco
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice or lime juice
- 1/2 oz flavored with rosemary or lemon verbena pisco
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon egg white
- Angostura bitters
Instructions
- To infuse the pisco, place the pisco and washed, dried rosemary sprigs in a jar and let it sit for at least three days.
- Prepare the simple syrup by heating water and sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool and then store it in the refrigerator.
- In a blender or large jar, combine the infused pisco, simple syrup, lemon or lime juice, flavored pisco, ice, and egg white.
- Process until all the ice is completely incorporated.
- Serve immediately, adding a few shots of bitters, and enjoy!
