Ingredients

  • 2 oz rosemary-infused pisco
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1/2 oz flavored with rosemary or lemon verbena pisco
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. To infuse the pisco, place the pisco and washed, dried rosemary sprigs in a jar and let it sit for at least three days.
  2. Prepare the simple syrup by heating water and sugar in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool and then store it in the refrigerator.
  3. In a blender or large jar, combine the infused pisco, simple syrup, lemon or lime juice, flavored pisco, ice, and egg white.
  4. Process until all the ice is completely incorporated.
  5. Serve immediately, adding a few shots of bitters, and enjoy!
