Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Sparkling water to top it off
- Rosemary sprig to garnish
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Sprigs of Rosemary
Instructions
- Start by making the rosemary simple syrup. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add in the rosemary, stir over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let the syrup seep for 10 minutes.
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, rosemary simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds until foamy.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 30 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the cocktail.
- Top it off with sparkling water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
