Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1/4 lime, quartered
  • 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 ounce vodka (optional)
  • 2 ounces sparkling water or club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine the fresh mint, lime quarters, and simple syrup.
  2. Gently muddle for about a minute to release the lime juice and essential oils from the mint and lime peel.
  3. Stir in the rose water and vodka, if using.
  4. Strain the mixture into the glass filled with ice.
