Ingredients
- 1 oz tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz rosé wine
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp rose syrup or cane syrup
- 1 tsp rose water
- 2 cardamom seeds, crushed
- 1 egg white
- A few edible dried roses
- 1 long piece grapefruit zest
Instructions
- Pour the tonic water into a wine glass or wide cocktail glass.
- In a shaker, combine the rosé wine, gin, grapefruit juice, rose syrup, rose water, crushed cardamom seeds, and egg white. Shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture into the glass with tonic water.
