Ingredients

  • 2 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour in all of the ingredients.
  3. Use a swizzle stick or a bar spoon to churn or 'swizzle' the mixture around by placing the stem of the spoon or stick between your palms and rubbing your hands back and forth to spin it in the glass.
  4. Garnish with a mint spring.
