Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce rhubarb syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional) or aquafaba
  • Candied rhubarb ribbons for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup, and optional egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
