Refreshing Limeade Delight
A refreshing and guilt-free vegan Brazilian limeade (lemonade) made with fresh lime juice, vegan condensed milk, and a hint of mint.

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener or sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk or vegan condensed milk (sweetened or sugar free)
- Mint leaves and lime slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the lime and cut it into quarters.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the lime quarters, half of the sweetener, and half of the water. Pulse the blender approximately 5 times.
- Place a fine-mesh strainer over a pitcher or large bowl, and pour the blended lime mixture through the strainer. Press the liquid through the strainer into the bowl or pitcher. Discard the pulp. Repeat the process with the remaining lime, sweetener, and water.
- Pour the strained lime mixture back into the blender and add the condensed milk. Pulse to blend or stir in the condensed milk using a spoon.
- Garnish the limeade with mint leaves and lime slices, if desired.
- Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate the limeade (without ice) for up to a day.
