Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup lemonade
  • 3/8 cup frozen strawberries and/or raspberries
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 3/8 cup ice
  • agave nectar (to taste)
  • blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine lemonade, frozen strawberries and/or raspberries, and agave nectar (to taste). Blend until smooth and adjust the liquid or frozen fruit as needed to achieve a slushy consistency. Set aside.
  2. In the same blender, combine coconut milk, ice, and agave nectar (to taste). Pulse or blend until smooth and set aside.
  3. Pour the berry and coconut slushies in layers into a glass.
  4. Top with fresh blueberries and serve immediately.
