Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Red Velvet Cupcake Irish cream liqueur, warmed
  • 2 oz hot espresso coffee
  • 1 red velvet cupcake, icing discarded, halved crossways
  • 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 red velvet Oreo cookie, crushed
  • Strawberry and vanilla rolled wafers, to serve

Instructions

  1. Warm the Red Velvet Cupcake Irish cream liqueur and brew the espresso coffee.
  2. Place the halved red velvet cupcake in the serving glass.
  3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the cupcake.
  4. Pour the warmed Irish cream liqueur and coffee mixture over the ice cream and cupcake.
  5. Sprinkle the ice cream with crushed red velvet Oreo cookie.
  6. Serve the affogato immediately and accompany it with strawberry and vanilla rolled wafers.
