Ingredients

2 oz dark rum (Duppy Share or Mount Gay)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1/2 tsp sugar syrup
2 raspberries (frozen ones are fine)
extra raspberries to garnish
lemon peel to garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, lemon juice, Cointreau, sugar syrup, raspberries, and plenty of ice.
Shake vigorously to muddle the raspberries and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with extra raspberries or a twisted lemon peel and enjoy through a straw.
