Ingredients

  • 2 oz. frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1.30 oz. raspberry syrup
  • 0.50 oz. raspberry schnapps (alternatively raspberry vodka or plain vodka)
  • 3.30 oz. Riesling wine
  • 1 bottle wheat beer

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, raspberry syrup, raspberry schnapps, and Riesling wine.
  2. Stir the mixture well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the raspberries to the bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
