Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
- 3/8 cup water (cold)
- 3 tablespoons white rum (chilled)
- 1 1/2 ounce raspberry juice blend concentrate (thawed)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (chilled)
- 3 tablespoons club soda (chilled)
- 1 tablespoon raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and mint leaves. Crush the mint leaves into the sugar until they are broken and fragrant using a spoon.
- Pour water, white rum, raspberry juice concentrate, and lime juice into the bowl. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice. Pour the raspberry mojito punch, including the crushed mint leaves.
- Slowly pour club soda down the side of the glass. Gently stir once or twice to combine.
- Serve the raspberry mojito with raspberries and extra mint leaves as garnish.
