Ingredients
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3-4 fresh raspberries
- 3 sprigs mint
- 1/3 cup LaCroix Black Razzberry
- 1 tbsp cucumber-mint syrup
- 1 slice Persian cucumber, for garnish
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 sprig mint
- 2 tbsp cucumber, deseeded and roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine agave, water, 1 sprig of mint, and chopped cucumber. Heat over medium heat until the syrup is infused and reduced, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a fine sieve, then transfer it to the freezer and chill for at least 10 minutes.
- In a small pitcher, muddle the raspberries and 2 sprigs of mint.
- Add lime juice and 1 tbsp of the cucumber-mint syrup to the pitcher.
- Pour in the LaCroix Black Razzberry and stir gently to combine.
- Divide the mocktail between two highball glasses and garnish each with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
