Ingredients

  • 4-5 raspberries
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cherries
  • 1/4 peach, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 lime slices
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz flavored seltzer (coconut or vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. Place the fruits in the glass, following the rainbow color scheme, starting with red fruits at the bottom and ending with purple fruits at the top.
  3. Add more crushed ice on top of the fruits.
  4. Pour the coconut water into the glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  5. Top it off with the flavored seltzer.
  6. Garnish with extra fresh mint and serve.
