Ingredients

  • 4 raspberries
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cherries
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 2 pineapple chunks
  • 2 lime slices
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 10 blueberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz flavored seltzer (coconut or vanilla)
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  2. Layer the fruit in rainbow colors, starting with raspberries at the bottom, followed by strawberries, cherries, peaches, pineapple, lime slices, mint, blueberries, and blackberries.
  3. Add more crushed ice on top of the fruit.
  4. Pour 4 ounces of coconut water into the glass.
  5. Top off with 2 ounces of flavored seltzer.
  6. Garnish with extra fresh mint and serve.
