Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.38 oz lemon juice
  • 0.38 oz Rose's Grenadine
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Assorted organic edible flowers and petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, Rose's Grenadine, egg whites, and Angostura bitters in a shaker without ice and shake for 30 seconds (dry shake).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
