Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream flavored vodka
  • 1/4 cup French vanilla coffee creamer
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice flavor syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin
  • Garnish: whipped topping, pumpkin pie spice, green straw pieces

Instructions

  1. Place a jell-o shot cup onto a tray or plate.
  2. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water in a small bowl and microwave until dissolved.
  3. In a measuring cup, mix cold brew coffee, whipped cream vodka, coffee creamer, and pumpkin spice syrup.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir well.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours to set.
