Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey Protein Powder (Perfect Sport's Diesel)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 4 oz espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 pinch pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Chill the espresso by mixing it vigorously with ice and then separate the coffee from the ice.
  2. Add the cold coffee, almond milk, ice, avocado, pumpkin spice whey, and coconut sugar to a blender.
  3. Blend for 30-35 seconds until very smooth.
  4. Serve immediately and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
  5. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
