Ingredients
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey Protein Powder (Perfect Sport's Diesel)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 4 oz espresso coffee
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 3 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 pinch pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Chill the espresso by mixing it vigorously with ice and then separate the coffee from the ice.
- Add the cold coffee, almond milk, ice, avocado, pumpkin spice whey, and coconut sugar to a blender.
- Blend for 30-35 seconds until very smooth.
- Serve immediately and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
- Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
