  • 2 1/3 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 2 1/4 tbsp coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  2. Add the coconut milk until it reaches the 1-cup mark in the blender.
  3. Secure the lid and blend gently.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for up to 5 hours before serving.
