Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp pomegranate juice or cherry/cranberry juice (for pale pink lemonade)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sparkling pink lemonade or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice for serving
  • Lemon wedge or fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine chilled vodka, fresh lime and lemon juice, pomegranate or other red juice, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour in sparkling lemonade or soda and stir gently.
  3. Add ice to the glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge or fresh strawberries.
