Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup grilled Meyer lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 1-2 quarts sparkling water
  • Fresh pomegranate arils and rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, combine Hangar 1 Straight Vodka and pomegranate juice.
  2. Add the grilled lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup, stirring well.
  3. Top with plenty of ice and sparkling water.
  4. Adjust the flavor with more lemon juice or simple syrup, if needed.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.
