Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons white rum
  • Ice
  • Lemon slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and granulated sugar together.
  2. Add the pomegranate seeds and half of the lemon juice, and muddle again.
  3. Pour in the pomegranate juice, sparkling water, and white rum, stirring to combine.
  4. Add ice to the glass.
