Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup white rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the pomegranate juice and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it boil until it reduces to 1/4 cup, for about 5 minutes. Then, allow the syrup to cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 tablespoons of the pomegranate syrup, 1/4 cup of white rum, and 2 tablespoons of fresh grapefruit juice.
