Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Saint James Rhum Agricole
  • 1 oz Foursquare Rum Dominus
  • 2/3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Plum Cordial
  • 3 dashes Potion House Aromatic Bitters
  • 1.50 oz Ginger Beer

Instructions

  1. Fill a tiki glass with crushed ice.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, in a shaker with cracked ice and give it a short shake.
  3. Strain the mixture over fresh ice into the glassware.
  4. Garnish with a mint bouquet, plum slice, and lime.
