Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Hope Limited Release Gin
  • 0.75-1 oz plum & honey syrup
  • 0.50-0.75 oz lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 0.50-1 cup sugar
  • 1-2 plums, chopped (depends on size of fruit)

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass filled with ice, pour the gin, plum & honey syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Gently stir the ingredients.
  3. Top up the glass with soda water.
