Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Pistachio liqueur
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1.50 oz. White chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz. Chopped white chocolate
  • 1 oz. Chopped pistachios
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Finely chop the pistachios.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and chopped pistachios to separate small, shallow dishes.
  4. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the melted chocolate, then dip it in the chopped pistachios. Set the glass aside.
  5. Fill a shaker with ice.
  6. Add pistachio liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, and vodka to the shaker. Shake well.
  7. Strain the martini into the prepared glass. Enjoy!
