Ingredients
- 5 oz rosé wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 oz frozen pineapple chunks
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the rosé into a container and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours until it's slushy.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, then add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, add 5 mint leaves, and let it infuse for 20 minutes. Strain the syrup and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, pineapple mint syrup, frozen rosé, 5 mint leaves, and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Freeze the mixture for 25-35 minutes until thickened, then blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a serving glass and enjoy immediately.
