Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz cake-flavored vodka
  • 0.50 oz hazelnut-flavored liqueur
  • 3 oz DOLE(r) Pineapple Juice
  • 0.50 oz grenadine syrup
  • Brown sugar or turbinado sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wet just the rim of the martini glass with a little water; dip the rim in brown sugar or turbinado sugar for added garnish.
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine cake-flavored vodka, hazelnut-flavored liqueur, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
  4. Slowly pour in grenadine to create a layered effect.
  5. Garnish with a cherry, if desired.
  6. If you can't find cake-flavored vodka, vanilla-flavored vodka or plain vodka can be used as substitutes.
