Ingredients

  • 2 oz Six Saints Grenada Rum
  • 1/2 oz Barista Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/4 tsp Pomegranate Molasses
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon Bitters
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1 sprig Mint (Garnish)
  • 1 wedge Pineapple (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients (except Ginger Beer), add a small handful of ice, and give it a short shake.
  2. Dump all the contents in the shaker into a pilsner or tiki glass and fill the glass 3/4 full of crushed ice.
  3. Swizzle (or stir) until the cocktail almost reaches the top, then add more crushed ice to the glass.
  4. Top it off with ginger beer.
