Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Coconut LaCroix sparkling water
  • 1 1/2 ounces Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 ounce Plantation Pineapple "Stiggins' Fancy" Original Dark Rum
  • 1/2 to 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Orange slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add the coconut sparkling water, sweet vermouth, pineapple rum, and 1/2 ounce of lime juice.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Taste and add more lime juice if desired.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.
