Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz cake-flavored vodka
  • 0.50 oz hazelnut-flavored liqueur
  • 3 oz DOLE(r) Pineapple Juice
  • 0.50 oz grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Wet just the rim of the martini glass with a little water.
  2. Dip the rim in brown sugar or turbinado sugar for added garnish.
  3. Combine vodka, hazelnut-flavored liqueur, and pineapple juice in a shaker over ice.
  4. Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass.
  5. Slowly pour in grenadine.
  6. Garnish with a cherry, if desired.
  7. If cake-flavored vodka is not available, substitute with vanilla-flavored vodka or plain vodka.
