Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dry cranberries
- 2 tablespoons organic pear nectar
- 4 ounces Moscato d'Asti wine
- 1 small sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Place the dry cranberries in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Let them soak until cool, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the cranberries, pat them dry, and refrigerate until serving.
- Pour the pear nectar into a tall champagne glass.
- Add the soaked cranberries to the glass.
- Gently pour the Moscato d'Asti wine into the glass.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
