Ingredients
- 1 large, ripe yellow peach, chilled
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 oz peach ale, chilled
- 3 oz Prosecco, chilled
- Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the ripe peach, cut it into pieces, and place them in a blender. Add the sugar and peach ale, then blend until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a sieve to remove any pulp, allowing the foam to settle. Give it a gentle stir if needed.
- Fill a chilled flute or tulip glass halfway with the peach puree.
- Slowly pour the Prosecco over the puree, pausing as needed to control the foam.
- Optionally, garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and serve.
