Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • 6 oz prosecco

Instructions

  1. Cut the ripe peaches and remove the pits.
  2. Place the peach slices, sugar, and lime or lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the peach mixture through a sieve to remove the pulp.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of the peach puree into a glass.
  5. Slowly pour the prosecco over the peach puree in the glass.
  6. Gently stir and serve immediately.
